Inside angle

A journalist passes in front of plastinated slices of a female body created by anatomist Gunther von Hagens for his new 'Body Worlds' exhibition.

I have read this book named "Leadership Wisdom" by Robin Sharma. It shed's light on life's
big questions. What I have gained out of it is beyond words. I just wanted to share some of his thoughts which can motivate you to read this wonderful masterpiece as it has simple rules for reaching one's potential.

Manage by Mind, Lead by Heart:

This is the ritual of human relations and communication competency. Every true visionary leader has mastered the practice of connecting deeply to his followers. Through their people skills and talents as effective communicators, such leaders touch the hearts of their team and earn long term loyalty. When you enrich the relationship, you enhance the leadership.

Trust is the ageless elements of every peak performing company.

Timeless human relations principles or secrets to any incredible relationship:

Promise keeping
Aggressive listening
Consistently compassionate
Truth telling

Promise keeping: Each time you don't return a phone call or miss a meeting you promised to attend, you erode trust.Every time you avoid doing right, you fuel the habit of doing wrong.

Visionary leaders capture the hearts of their people by deeply listening to them. One of the greatest gifts you can ever give anyone is giving 100% of your attention. Listening truly is the highest compliment.

Show minor acts of caring. Remember, you can't fax a handshake. A quick visit to an employee who is facing a challenge makes a world of difference in terms of the way people see you.

Being fanatically honest, we earn everyone's trust. To truly win people's support and deep commitment to future vision, you must communicate as much key information as possible to them. Being open and sharing ideas with people is a mark of respect.
